Hi there Marc,
Thank you for your input, especially coming from such an accomplished artist (photographer)as yourself! I had hope to upload some other shots, but having trouble with final upload. Could it be the pics are to large a file? If so, I'll have to do something other than the Picassa program. It usually corrects itself for emailing, but not in this case. Hey if you happen to have any suggestions for which program to make use of for solely editing, still need to learn all the many in-out's of digital imaging. Thanks again!
Sincerely, LLS #7061330

Hi Leslie,
Your very welcome, it is a beautiful image. As for re-sizing images for posting on the net. I have adobe 7.0(an old version) but I only use it for that purpose as I do not manipulate my photogaphy. I would recommend finding a basic program to do what your wanting for now and upgrade later if you need to. BUT, in the meantime...Have you tried uploading ONE image at a time. I was under the impression that BetterPhoto downsized during the uploading process. Please let me know if this helps.
Sincerely,
Marc B. #7061362

Hey Marc,
It's really good of you to respond & with your expertise. I did indeed try again a bit ago, finally got 1 uploaded.
I appreciate comments, especially about preferance's. I for one would rather stay true to my images without a great deal of tweeking. Although I do enjoy seeing how other's present their variations. Keep up the good work! LLS #7062162

Leslie,
You can contact me any time should you have any questions. As for staying true to the art form of photography my hat goes off to you. Although, I do see why some "very minor" adjustments could be made in a photo editing program. But taking a pen and paper with you on a shoot to write down F/Stops, Shutter Rates, Exposure Values and so on when you take the shots (play around with different settings) where you can compare what you shot with what settings you used. Then you will better able to understand lighting, composition and exposure to set your own style. In other words "Tweek" with your camera and you will be suprised by what you can capture and not waste time behind a computer. Of course I mean no offense to anyone who does to that. To each their own I say.
