Description

A wonderful location with a fan shaped falls dropping a little over eight feet into a splash pool. The water is actually quite clear but the low angle sun is of such a low color temp the foaming water has turned creamy yellow and the surrounding rocks and trees glow like golden nuggets. I waited until I had the best mix of dappled blue sky and a little light had painted itself over the background hills before taking the shot.

Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom, 0.3ND grad, f/16 at 1/2 sec, Velvia.
