Low Tide
Uploaded: November 18, 2008
Low tide as Skaket Beach in Orleans on Cape Cod. Taken at that Golden Hour – around 6 PM – when the sun does wonderful things to both landscape and people. The alternate stripes of sandbars and shallow water stretch on and on...and make it look as if you could walk all the way to Boston.

Thanks very much, Jennifer. We were going out to dinner at the Captain Linnell House (a fabulous restaurant I recommend to anyone visiting Cape Cod) and arriived early. Since I had my camera, I asked my husband to go down to the beach. It was perfect timing! #6780156Stefania Barbier November 20, 2008
