Shot at Shark Valley, ENP, Florida. For the last three years this Red shouldered hawk and his/her mate have been building a nest above the palm tree next to the visitor's center. Caught here screeching and diving, in an attempt to frighten a bird that had come too close to the nest, he put on a great show for us!
