Mother & Daughter

Uploaded: January 24, 2005

Description

I was so struck with how tiny every feature of my newborn baby girl was, that I wanted to preserve the tiny details of her hand compared to mine for her to see when she's grown.
Taken in regular auto mode. Photo info: f7.1, 1/500 sec. Contrast increased to accentuate the details and image converted to sepia using iPhoto.

Sheri, I love this picture! I've always loved babies' little hands and also their little feet... They're so tiny!

Sherri,

What a great shot. Although I'm not a huge fan of Sepia, I love the use here. Your shot is simple, thoughtful and elegant. I loved it!
