Moonrise

This is a re-entry of the first image I put up on BP. It never managed to get a placing so as the Olympic games are just over I thought it deserved a re-appearance and China is rather topical at the moment. (T&P)

A really terrific photo! Never have seen one of the Great Wall at night before. Was it difficult to get? #6362611Peter R. Hammer August 25, 2008
Thanks Mike, Cindy, Tommy and Jean for your comments. Jean it was very easy to get this shot. It was taken on the wall between Jinshanling and Simatai. It's a 10km walk between the 2 towns and in many places the wall is disintegrating but it is also slowly being restored. #6363194Rolando Rosito August 28, 2008
