The keys to this kind of a shot are:
1) Set camera to manual focus and focus on an object like a ruler at the spot in the water you are going to drop the object.
2) You must use a flash in order to stop the motion.
3) Shoot lots of shots. I took about 50 of these to get this one. #1035052
