Here's the background: I was approached by a builder a while back about photographing projects for him so he could put together a portfolio. I was supposed to take some shots for him today (tight schedule, the homeowner is moving monday, today's thursday, he asked me if I could do it yesterday-weekend is booked). Well he never got a call back from the home owner saying that we could go shoot, so it was canceled. Good thing because I was going to try to do it as HDR. When I got home today I practiced in my living room with HDR-looked terrible after I processed it, very noisy and lights looked terrible. So I pulled out my girlfriend's strobes and this is what I ended up with. I used two strobes (which I know close to nothing about). One strobe is directly on the left of the frame with an umbrella casting light to the opposite corner (toward the lamp with the lamp shade). The other is in the corner of the room off the right of the frame bouncing light off of the ceiling toward the center-no umbrella. Any criticism would help. #975664
