Only nature can be both beautiful and horrible at the same time. This is a fitting description of the tsunami, Blanca. Very creatively depicted. #1022986Blanca Acosta January 08, 2005
That's what I think. I once saw in Cuba something similar (not as distructive because Havana has a sea wall and it was predicted two days before, in the 50s) I was a little girl; my father took me to a skyscrapper to watch it...I've never forgotten such immense power of destruction and unleashed beauty. #1023022Murtaza H. That would be an unforgetable experience I'm sure. So glad you had a warning and were able to prepare to see the awesome beauty and power of it. Your work deserves special attention especially so soon after the tsunami. I hope you can display it at other places too. Art has a healing effect for many effected directly by it too. Aid workers/child psychologists have been working with children in the region, asking them to draw. Attached is something I saved. I'm glad you've put this up for it is really good art. #1023567Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
