I had been told by previous photographers that when going to clingmans Dome Tn that the parking lot was just as good as climbing the trail to the top. It puts you closer to the trees although they are dead and dying from a bug but I thought the old snag would lend itself to the red sky. I used manual setting at 3sec f/22 cloudy white bal. Thanks for the comments Randall #6252607
