Gerbera Daisy

Uploaded: December 31, 2004

Description

Our shooting conditions have been absymal, and depressing. I bought this daisy, at the grocery store, and photographed it. I feel much better. It is side lit with an incandescent flood, and filled with a large silver reflector. Taken with a micro nikkor 55 f2.8 @ f/11, and 1/4 sec.More depth would be nice, on the stem; but f/11 is about the smallest aperture before diffraction begins noticeably softening the image.
