Dirty Knees

Uploaded: July 10, 2008

Cows are funny. They are so curious. I was trying to photograph some goats on the other side of the road. Well these guys seen me and decided to come and investigate so I started to take their picture. It was after I got home that I noticed they all had dirty knees. F5.6 @ 1/1600 with 75-300 f4 lens

They are curious, and fun. Cows like to interact with people and other animals. They get their knees dirty the same way has my late German Shorthair pointer had calloused elbows --by kneeling on the hard, dirty ground.
