Whoa. What a great mood shot. Many SP's can lack this. You look like a very deep thinker. You have been through a lot in your short life and it shows through. Cool! You're a survivor. -Laura Swan ~DRU~ #6083211

Destiny D. Seelatsee June 20, 2008

wow...those are strong thoughts.
thank you and yes I am a very deep thinker. I love being alone with my thoughts, some people can't separate being "alone" and being "lonely" they are very different. We are all survivors in one way or another :] keep in touch! #6083235

I meant my strong thoughts in the best of ways. I am just reading what I pick up on by your expression and look. I can just "feel" things looking at your SP.

I know just what you mean about alone vs. lonely. There is a huge difference. For myself, meditation is where it's at. We find our center there, among other things. -Laura :) #6083244

oh yeah I know :]

Welcome to the artsy fartsy club, Destiny. So glad you are not too too cool to join a club with such a name! :) This is a powerful self-portrait. The b/w is perfect to show off those beautiful tattoos, and your alone mood. I love being alone, myself, and in a family of 6 that can be difficult. But it completely renews me to be alone for as long as I can get away. So glad you joined us. Please introduce yourself by clicking on the club discussions tab. Deb. #6086598

Thank you Deb! I understand how you feel. there were 8 of us growing up, with one bathroom! eeeek! lol I am glad to be apart of this site and looking forward to improving and meeting great people like yourself :) #6086874

Hi Destiny. Welcome to the club. I really like your use of soft focus coupled with the harsh high key type look, because you don't often see those two together. I suspect that represents the person you are, that isn't often seen by those who don't care to see. This is a well executed SP. #6104756

Destiny D. Seelatsee June 30, 2008

Thank You So Much Aggie! I do agree that my photos show me as a person and hopefully others can see that as well. Maybe view my photo(s) and let them wonder some way in their own minds to try to connect with me on some level :) #6126835
