Thank you so much for your responses. They are so very much appreciated. I thought these sisters were stunning. Can you believe they were absolutely paranoid that they didnt look good? Both were worried about their "fat arms". Girls today! :) #6076570

G'day Amy,

I spotted this pretty duo in the B&W Club.

I feel this to be a very well made and processed portrait of this beautiful pair of damsels.

The models are not only lovely to look at but are also looking lovingly at you with sweet expressions and in nice matching poses.
Their make-up, grooming and dress are very fitting for a B&W and along with the black background help give emphasis to the faces and eyes.

I like the composition but feel the patches of exposed skin of the arms to be a distraction.

The lighting and exposure have been nicely handled and with your good conversion renders controlled contast, highlights and a nice tonal range.

The depth of field is very good and the good focus and crisp sharpening create lovely clear detail and two pairs of nice sharp eyes.

Dennis, thank you so much. Your critique was extremely helpful. As soon as I read your thoughts on the exposed skin, I felt the same and it hadn't occured to me before. Thats what is so great about this site. Again, thank you! :) #6760484
