Description

This Oil Spill Response Barge has all the personell and equipment needed to protect the 'Duck Flats' (tide flats where the ducks feed & breed)in the event of a significant release of oil into the bay. Actually its only part of the system. There is also prestaged boom that would be pulled out to surround the area, the worlds largest skimming vessel, numerous small boats and contracted fishing vessels that would pull the boom and warehouses full of pumps, portable skimmers and assort
