24mm, f10, 1/250 sec, handheld, no flash, midday shot in Swakopmund Namibia.

This is the gentleman that drove our crew some 18-odd hours from Botswana to this lunar-like Swakopmund, Namibia. What's more amazing to me is that he started nonchalantly singing hymns to God on reaching the peak of this dune (it was a heck of a climb) as he was walking about 4 feet away from a sheer drop-off to his left. The sight was overwhelming. If you look closely you can see specs of trailing 4-wheelers riding the dunes in the distance.

Exif: F Number: 10, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/250 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, FocalLength: 24.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT
