Tried to get some pictures of Nathan yesterday....he gave me a lot of funny faces!!! I used the Bleach Bypass filter on this...still learning how it works!

Awwww... How cute! Love his expression!I was wondering when you were going to try out that filter. Don't be afraid to be different and really crank up the exposure to the right! But, it also doesn't work with all pictures. Probably not this one because of the shadow on his right side. The light needs to be evenly dispersed on his face.
This is REALLY cute! I'm LOVING it! #929473

Amber, thank you so much for the encouragement!! I see what you mean about the shodow on his face...yet another thing I am learning about taking pictures...how to avoid the shadows!! #5982633Amber J. Skene May 27, 2008
Use a reflector, or a cheaper way is white posterboard or foam core. The light will bounce off it and you can angle it towards his face to help with those shadows. And don't worry, we all get shadows when we don't want them. I have some really cute ones of Gabi but the shadow on her face is horrible. #5985001Chastity Abbott May 28, 2008
