That is wonderfulllll Judy....I am so thrilled. Poor me that I could spot it only today. Where did they hid this one????

So, you crack a winner and that too a GRAND GRAND one!!! Hats off!!! Or, should I say, I knew knew...:))). Your brushes are always so delicate and beautiful, and I wondered when Better Photo judges will wake up to it! So they have. And this piece, of course, is brilliant.

I have returned to Betterphoto after a long break, and hope to stay here on a more regular basis.

Hope you are doing fine, in all other ways!

I think I shall stop here, otherwise it is turning out to be mail :-))) LoL!!!

Hi Remi, It's one of those things that can't really be explained and each time you do it, depending on the image you use, turns out a bit different. the fact that this had great bokeh worked well for the impressionist brush to follow the circles. the foreground was then painted with various brushes including one of the impasto. I work mostly "playing it by ear"..or "eye":-) so glad you like it ! Thanks for commenting !! #7210420
