This is a lovely flower. I like the sharpness, that you were able to achieve and the placement of the flower to the left of the center. This is an improvement.

My suggestion is to simplify the background by either moving in closer and having the subject fill the screen, or using a wider aperture (like f/5.6 or f/4) to blur the background better.

But, I do like the placement, off center. That's a big improvement!
