Description

I shot this at f/27 at 1/2 sec. I didn't use a filter. There is one thing I have to watch, though. The background is very light because of the darker foreground. I couldn't lower the camera angle or move too much because the walkway is only a couple of feet wide and I kept getting part of the walkway in the bottom of the shot.
