Pingu!

Uploaded: November 01, 2004

Description

Has anyone seen the kids show called Pingu? It is a cartoon about penguins, and they only talk in penguin language. My son was once addicted to that show, and whenever I see penguins that's what I think of... Had quite a bit of work to do on this one. Mostly cropping and cloning other penguins out of the shot... Taken through glass at the Biodome here in Montreal. Original is in discussion... Happy Monday everyone!

Great capture, Diane! Love your Pingu! Wish my son was with me...he loves penguins and Pingu. I had the pingu software with one of my old PC and he mastered it at the age of 5

Actually Diane, the 'penguin' language is a conversational dialect of "Broccoli", eh… (he, he, he)

Marvelous capture, presentation, and photograph, I love the coloring and the effects are magnificent. Very well done, my very dear friend - your good friend, Allan #882585

Diane,

This is a awesome photograph. I love Penguins! I don't think it is because I live where it is cold, I think its because they are just cute! There is only one bird I like more, and that's the Puffin. Wonderful post processing work. Well presented, too! #884364
