Walhalla Chronicle

Description

Walhalla is a small old gold-mining village in a deep valley in Victoria. It was the site of the richest gold mine in Australia and is now just a historic village. All the buildings are carefully preserved and painted in the correct historic colours. The town was ravaged by bushfires and some of the buildings have been rebuilt over the decades. The Walhalla Chronicle was the town newspaper. (T&P)

Very cool "from the outside in" shot, Peter. I really like this little town.
