Lone Elephant at Sunset

Shot at 400mm with 100-400L in Chobe, Botswana. I entered this a few months back, but since have flipped horizontal and worked on curves in PS a little more.
This doesn't seem to upload as sharp as it views on my PC or prints. I don't understand why?????
