In the City of Doral, FL there is a pasture that is one of the last open pieces of land in an otherwise industrial area. I have marveled at how the field looked in early morning's light for sometime and finally one morning pulled my truck over, crossed a very busy road, slid down an embankment of a canal and took this shot. Edits done with Apple's iPhoto. Enjoy!

Michael, for a brief moment I thought I had ended up in someone else's gallery. So different from you scenes from the shore. But still, so much you, telling a story, an evoking feelings with your images. Beautiful light, and well seen and captured! #895301isabel C. Zepeda April 07, 2008

Michael, I just realized why I got so confused. You've got a premium gallery, that made the big difference. Congratulations! Your images look so much better in this one, plus you'll have room to show many more. #5758549Aimee C. Eisaman April 08, 2008
I'm glad you get down and dirty for us Michael! Here in PA these scenes are more common, but I still love to see them! A very nice composition. Only thought would be to remove the rear of the one in the rear! LOL! A great capture and title! #5762189Michael S. Lazarus April 11, 2008
Thank you Eivor, Isabel and Aimee for your comments here.Eivor, I'm glad you noticed the upgrade/make-over here and I knew it (and the change in my subjects as noted in my gallery header info) would cause some confusion.
Isabel, Yes we have them in South Florida too. You Texans don't have an exclusive on these guys you know :-)
Aimee, Yes the rear in the rear is a distraction I would have liked to have avoided but the circumstances dictated this or nothing. I wish I was in a place like PA for many reasons at times. It is some wonderful country up there. #5773940
