Comin' straight on for you. You made my mind.
Now I'm stronger. Now I'm comin' through
Straight on, straight on for you
Straight on for you.

The last song I heard in my car before hoofing it on over to my spot to take photos was "Straight On" by Heart so, hey, thanks Ann Wilson for inspiring me in my title here.

It was very windy, too windy for most sane people to be out hiking a nature preserve, and three fallen trees blocked the boardwalk, but sometimes in nature and photography you "make lemonade out of lemons". What happened here was the lemons were high gusts, but those gusts caused any bird moving east-to-west toward me to "kite" as they fought the wind, which allowed me to have a much longer look at them and so a better chance to get some photos like this osprey here.
