Description

Automatic w/macro on, overcast day, early afternoon. I thought I'd do something a little creepy & "halloween-ish" for this month's theme. Quite a bit of tweaking on this one. My eye, desaturated, iris history-brushed back in & hue changed to pink. Real pupil taken out, feline pupil w/glint drawn in with Wacom tablet. Cropped to make the eye a little off-centered. Changed to rough pastels in PS, pink lightened to give the "glowing" appearance. Bordered &
