The hawk swooped by me quietly and gracefully. What an intricate and awesome example of one of God's creatures!

The extreme difficulty in capturing an image like this with clarity like this emphasizes what an amazing photo you have here. #5627337Richard P. Lussier March 11, 2008
Robert, you are way too kind, considering the incredible bird shots you have in your gallery! I consider your comment a great compliment, thanks! #5628758Robert G. Stalnaker March 11, 2008
Thx but what you have here is exceptional. I am thrilled a bit of sun poked through to catch his eye and face. Just think, Richard, a fraction of a second earlier or later and its face may not have been lit, as you see there is no sun on the rest of its body--impeccable timing and photo. #5628832Dean Campbell April 11, 2008
Awesome job of capturing this hawk in mid-flight the way you did. Great lighting, composition, sharpness and detail displayed in this nature shot! #5774775Richard P. Lussier April 11, 2008
