Thanks, Dawn! This is actually three different exposures put together in PhotoMatix. PhotoMatix uses High Dynamic Range Imaging to create these photos. You just take different exposures of the same scene (on a tripod) overexposed, correct exposure & underexposed & you end up with this. Here's a link to there website:
