I agree with everyone too! It's hard to improve a photo when it's a great photo. The tones are wonderful and the eyes really stand out. Nice work!! #5420370

In this photo group that I’m a member of (Yahoo PG101) we have a thing called NBZ (No bull Zone). It’s a place to get honest feedback about your photos.
Here is my NBZ on your photo: The hand in the BG is too big and distracting. I would crop off the left side to remove the hand entirely and crop the bottom up to the bottom of here hair. Make it a tighter portrait without the hands showing. I would also clone out the stray hair on “her left” side, which is by her ear ring. (photo right side)
There is also a large white spot on the jacket above the one button shown. I would clone it out.
If you want an example of waht I saying...I would be happy to grab a screen shot and show you. Just ask.

this is a poor quality image but wanted to share it anyway

this is the photo redone by Les I love it .
He pointed out how the hair and the ^ made by her arm, point your eye to her face. I didn't notice that her hand looked big, but after he said it every time I look at it thats the first thing I see.
Thanks Les #5423437
