great light, and a face like porcelain. Great use of the new D300. One of the best skin tones I've seen with it. #5235937

Thanks, Ronald & Chris! I LOVE my D300! I'm also just learning Adobe Lightroom. I processed this in CS3 & Lightroom both. #5236248

Fantastic magazine style shot! The treatment you did on it is spot on, well done!
I have a D70 at the moment and am looking at the D300, over the D200. Have you found it worth the money? What camera did you have before? #5236456

Skyy McKendry December 20, 2007

Thank you so much! The first SLR I had was the D70. My last one was the D80. I liked them both but if you shoot at over ISO 320 the noise is unacceptable. I was ready to switch to Canon (they're incredible cameras & you can shoot at ISO 1600 or higher without any noticeable noise!) when the D300 came out. While it's not quite as good as the Canon it's light years ahead of the D70 or D80. I would say it's DEFINITLEY worth the money! I'm extremely happy with it. #5236858
