I tell kids/teens that for every 5 good shots they allow me, I then allow them 3 'goofy' shots. I LOVE his choice !

great capture and I plan to try using your strategy on my grandkids - they are almost impossible to photograph, what a great idea! I have been thinking of the big purchase of CS3 (on updated version)and can't seem to locate a class on it anywhere even in a city the size of Seattle. #5391388

Thanks Karolyn! Another tip is I have a gift bag full of $ store type items. Each child picks a gift and then gives it to their parent to hold while I do the photos. If they were good and cooperative, they get the gift, if not, it comes back to me...which has not yet happened..lol
Also, for large groups, like sports, etc....we do a few silly shots and then the last few shots I take of me throwing handfuls of candy at the group.
I have found even the adults like to get in this one!!! #5485166
