Description

Captured yesterday at the pet shop, this baby green iguana is shedding its skin, especially on the nose. This was photographed in super macro mode, the baby iguana is actually very small.

Thank you for all of your great comments! It was nice to take the camera out again!! The dial popped off my camera that changes the modes, so I just used the auto setting in super macro. Now you know why I am reworking so many images. I'm afraid I may make the camera worse by using it the way it is.

These baby iguanas cost $30.00. They are vegitarian and eat once a day.

My daughter adopted an iguana from her school last year. Allison is about 3 feet long (from head to tail). I usually take care of her though. I take her out for a walk whenever I can, usually every couple of days. She is very sweet.
