Uploaded: December 05, 2007
This is a pathway located by a canal, and it was actually taken last year in April! Yes, New York weather is crazy.

WOW! Beautiful picture. I'd have some fun with this if I were you and try to "frac" it in photo shop. Do you have that capability? It would turn the branches into this eerie webbing that looks totally cool and SPIDERY! Very nice shot! -Laura Swan #5474616Laura E. Swan February 10, 2008
P.S. For a good example of Frac, go see Dawn M. Schneider's gallery and look for the photo called "ICED ARCHWAY". Really awesome visual effects there. :) -L.S. #5474627Molly E. Baldwin February 10, 2008
I'll certainly have to check that out Laura! Thanks for the tip and the comments! #5475711Laura E. Swan February 10, 2008
Molly, there is another one you won't regret seeing. I promise. If you have a chance, go see it. It's another AWESOME BP member who used the "frac" on one of her photos.... Here's the scoop ...Michelle Alton Gallery and it's called
"Vegas Dreamscape". She wrote:
IR image shot through my hotel window at Mandalay Bay (during Photoshop World conference). September, 2005.
Toned and tweaked in CS3, then applied strong Fractalius, and painted some of it out. Used converted DSLR camera body
