I used Focus Stacking Software CombineZ (M) to make sure both the drop and the image of the flower inside the drop in DoF (depth of field).
Exif: F Number: 11, Exposure Bias Value: +0, Exposure Time: 1/250, Flash: flash did not fire, ISO: 100, White Balance: manual white balance, Focal Length: 90mm, Camera Model: NIKON D200
