Tamera your gallery is full of so many beautiful flowers images, and congrats on this being a finalist.

Thank you for your kind comment on the picture I posted of my Mother after she died this week. I was so touched by the comments. And want to thank you so much.

I brought a bunch of white roses, red roses, different kinds of flowers back from the funeral to try and photograph in special ways. I want to e-mail you one of them for your opinion, and ask if you have any pointers on doing flower pictures. My mother's flowers won't last long before turning brown. Please help me.
What do I need to use as backdrops and lighting? How do you hold the flowers with out the camera stopping?
If you have time please tell me how I can get a few good shots of my mother's funeral flowers to keep as a keepsake.
