Fall Portraits

Uploaded: November 06, 2007

A sample from my first paying portrait sitting. This couple has been married for a few years but has never gotten any portraits taken together. They wanted portraits with fall color in the background.

Lens: Canon EF 24-85mm F/3.5-4.5
f/14, 1/50, 85mm, ISO-800, fill flash to the right side triggered by radio control with diffuser over the flash, Hand held.

Post Processing:
Neat Image
some touch-up work
gausian blur with 53% erase back around facial features and hairline.
bumped the saturation as a whole
sponge tool on background to boost fall colors.
(and, of course, re-size for posting and re-usm)
