Awwww...great job! I just took portraits of my kids.... IT WAS NOT EASY! I'll be posting them in the next couple of days. I'm taking note of your background. I made the mistake of having a washed out sky in some of mine and I'm not happy with this. But I got some acceptable results. I really like yours! Did you apply softeners in software? Or did you rely on camera filters or settings?Karma #159918

Thank you very much Karma. Yes, portraits can be difficult. Like you though, I did try them with an open sky in the back ground and they did get washed out too. The only thing I did in this photo in the software is lighten it a little. My camera did the rest. My settings were: 1/80 for shutter speed, F5.6 for aperture, ISO 100 and my white balance was set on "shade". Once again, thank you. #721569Teri F. Inman August 19, 2004
I really like the pose you chose, Keith! Your boys are beautiful}can you say that about boys?}I also love the greenery background. I have 3 little ones so trying to get everyone "posed" is very difficult. You did a great job! Thanks for sharing.blessings
