Miggy, there is a point to this. You must have been quick or you would have drawn attention away from the ice cream.
Great angle, he is so IN THE WAY (shame you didn't get the tip of your left shoe in the pic). Good photoshopping, maybe a tud too much contrast on the shoulder and thigh. But shots such as this can do with a bit amplification.
