Description

I shot this image on a beach in Destin, Fl. My best friend and I where feeding the birds some crackers. They seemed almost suspended in flight against the wind, close enough to reach out and touch. It was pretty cool. I used a 28-135mm lens @ 85mm. The ISO was 100 and exposure 1/500sec @ f5.6 on a cloudy day. The image was sharpened, cropped, added contrast and a frame in PS.

This is amazing, Charlotte!
I love the composition with the foreground bird completely in the frane and the heads of the other two clearly visible behind.... each with wings spread and catching wind.
Very fine detail and presentation.
