Sony Digital DSC-F707, f/stop 8.0, s/speed 1/1000. Left the lense flare in the shot for more impact.

Wonderful shot. I love it. I was trying to do something similar the other day, but didn't get anything like this. #17122Cathy M. Gromball October 10, 2002

Thankyou Martha,Carol, and Cathy for your comments I took several shots of this subject at different angles and settings and most turned out good. It was hard to decide which one to enter. #17203James P. Hildebrandt October 13, 2002
Hey nice shot. At first I thought it was one that I submitted, I've got one just like it but I couldn't remember if I entered it. It's funny how a "weed" can look so cool. Just to show you, here is the one I got.Good luck and have fun shooting. #17474

You are right James they are very similar nice shot as well. What camera did you use? and what was the s/speed and f/stop set at? #17515James P. Hildebrandt October 14, 2002
I used a minolta dimage s404 4Mega Pixel Digital camera. It was 1/1000s and f8 with ISO 100 film. I was just out with a friend showing him my camera and just taking shots as I saw them. Sometimes it seems that is the best way rather than to plan a shot out.Later,
