Any advice on improving images in the future? #764758Stan Kwasniowski October 19, 2007
Shannon, great shot, only suggestion I have is that the horizon it a bit off , falling off on the left #4950040Shannon M. Phillips October 20, 2007
Thanks Stan! I had not noticed the horizon until you mentioned it. #4954618Ken Ferguson October 21, 2007
Yes Shannon, anyone who has anything to do with photos in a professionally, will notice horizons straight away. Most of the time, we are so caught up in the magic moment, that we don't have time to consider things like that, or what bit of litter may be lurking in the background or foreground and in the case of "Brothers", the sky is fairly uninteresting too, so I would place my horizon line a little higher to put more emphasis on the main subjects in the image. You could also wait a bit for a wave to break, just to create a bit more interest. Yes, there is much to think about and consider, isn't there? Good luck with your future image making.
