Let There be Light
Uploaded: October 17, 2007
While leading a 1-2-1 field trip with a very nice fella called Richard I noticed lightening on the hills on the Three Sisters at Glencoe. As we rounded the corner, we simultaneously exclaimed "oh my God", or words similar that we realized the blanket cloud that had plagued us most of the day had finally parted and let some of the most impressive light we had seen shine through. Richard got some cracking shots and I must admit I was pretty pleased with my own. F11 at 45 seconds, Pentax 67II, 55-100 zoom 4 stops of ND grad filter applied to sky. Velvia.
