Oh! This is beautiful!

There is suppose to be a Hot Air Balloon Festival sort of near us tonight and this weekend. I was planning on going tonight. Only now it is raining (we NEED it, so that's good, even if it isn't good for the balloons). We are looking at some possibilities for thunderstorms too.

We decided it wasn't worth the LONG drive for something so iffy. I was so looking forward to seeing the "Glow" as they call it.

Maybe we will go during the daytime on Saturday or Sunday, but it just won't have the same feel. At least the weather is suppose to be good the rest of the weekend.

Your wonderful balloon pics make me wish we weren't getting the much needed rain.

I am definitely going to a Hot Air Balloon Festival ASAP. I've never been to one and your pics inspire me. #4949884

Mary Jane & Orsi... thanks so much for leaving me your nice comments. I had never been to a balloon festival until I moved to ABQ 2 years ago. I took over 1,000 pictures and it's all I can do to keep from posting them all. :) Go see one for sure if you get the opportunity! #4951104
