Yankee Girl Mine From the "Other" Side

Uploaded: July 26, 2004 14:19:57

Description

This mine near Ouray, Colorado, is one that I have photographed many times from the "front" side. But I have always wanted to get over to the back side. It was not disappointing. Taken with the Sigma 15-30 lens using a polarizer at f/22 and 1/15 sec.

Wonderful colors, Jan. I was right there in August 2002, during the big drought. Where is that shot I took? I can find a few of Red Mountain, which I believe is nearby Ouray. Congratulations & good luck!
