Description

I adjusted the photo like I normally would. Made a second layer and converted it to BW. I used the eraser tool at different opacity levels to bring out the color where I wanted it. In this small file you can't see her eyes are blue very well but the original large file you can.

Thank you Dale Ann, Evy, Kristen and Claudia for the nice comments and for taking the time to post them. Claudia, not this is not Mystical Lighting, I selective colored it. I haven't had time to play around with the mystical lighting yet. I keep telling myself that I must play with it!! Thanks again for your comments. #670262
