This image was very tricky :)
there are 9 different images used.
I struggled with the bird cage, not sure if the perspective is okay.

Hi Deborah ! Thank you for stopping by and commenting :)

I am working on series of these. Next one I have something in mind but I won't use so many different images (alot of work) I will be using my daughter and her friends as models. #4832932

Thank you Erin and Stan for your wonderful comments :)

The girl in this image is not my daughter. Actually she is five images put together. The face belongs to my daughter's friend (who loves the camera :)) I gave her a smirk using liquify. The dress is from a shot of my daughter. The legs are from another shot of my daughter. The arms are two different shots of her friends. The bird stand is one shot and the bird cage is another image (this one I bought on istock, I think it's a vector) the stars are shapes from PS. The curtains are another shot. I did alot of airbrushing and applied several filters. I worked on her hair and oh almost forgot. I liquified her eyes to give them more of a cartoon look. phew :)
i think that was it :)
I was going for a vaudeville look #4909396

Hi Paolo. a very interesting picture that pushes the envelope of what we consider photography. If you have not seen her work, check out Maggie Taylor (wife of my hero Jerry Uelsmann) who has been doing some similar work for years. You look like you are developing a similar typew of vision.

Your welcome. I thought you would appreciate her work. I met her and her husband Jerry Uelsmann recently. They are very gracious people in addition to being highly inventive photograaphers.

Her work is so incredible !! I love all the textures and presentation. I just got her book at amazon. I can hardly wait :) What an imagination she has. I have not had a chance to see her husbands work I have been looking at her work. I will check out his work on the weekend. You met them, how exciting :) I really got a kick out of how she gets her images and brings them to life in her pieces. I never would have thought it was an option. Resourceful, creative !! #5527156
