Description

walking through Venice after nearly 15 years we were struck by sadness seeing the decline of this beautiful city - but nevertheless she kept us spellbound with her aged beauty.

It is always interesting to revisit an area after quite some time away, isn't it, Carina?!! I'm sorry to hear that you found that Venice had changed SO much in nearly 15 years...and not for the better, either!! That is generally what we hear about this fabled city in the media, too... Anyway, this is an EXCELLENT capture, with WONDERFUL colours, details, lighting, point of view AND composition!! :o) #4819584

Thank you to you both, Domenic and Carolyn for your positive comments. They are very much appreciated. There are going to be some more Venice pictures - and I do hope you will like these too. Carina S. #4826752
