Simply Gorgeous ! I love this shot and the title caught me and drew me in. The way you shot this is supurb...so delicate.Doug K. Herrman September 16, 2007
Thx to all for your comments. A dozen blocks from home is Spokane's largest park with a greenhouse and three sizeable gardens. I don't specialize in flowers, but they are there for the taking... My previous two BP entries were also flowers, but were 'standard' comps. Seeing so many unusual comps at BP gave me some ideas. As it was, the orientation of this flower is exactly as I shot it - my camera was horizontal and the flower was bent over from the weight of the bloom. My first thought was the upturned petals looked like snowy mountain peaks and the green 'cap' sorta looked like an onion dome on a church. Doug #4798595Nadya Johnson September 17, 2007
