Description

Today marks six months since my son Cole died. I've been thinking a lot about where he is and what he's doing. Some say that, when you die, you travel through a tunnel and at the end are loved ones who welcome you to the other side. I believe that this is when we return to our true home. This is what I hope to see when it's my turn.

Beautiful and spirit filled image here Marta...
You have found a wonderful way to express your belief and faith and endless love for your son. This is another way that he continues to live on...in your photos, in your thoughts and prayers and in your heart. Thank you for sharing this with all of us. It allows us to know Cole and it keeps his story alive...
Hope you are feeling better Marta (you told me you had a cold) and perhaps we can get together this next week for a walk and photo session...
I'll callyou...or you call me!

Thank you all so very much! I truly appreciate all of the support you have given me. Losing my son has definately been the toughest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life but having good friends and an outlet for expression has made it a little easier. Take care of yourselves! Marta #4792466

Fantastic work, Marta. Love the result of all the photos. I think of you a lot. Loved what you wrote about the picture. Like you with my son Justin I think of the same think. Thanks for sharing this wonderful photo and keep up the good work. Until someone looses a child like we have they could never know what we are going through. It's been seven years for me but it seems just like yesterday. Keep up the good work. #4794390

Thank you so much Kay! Your words of support mean SO much to me. We just attended our first organ donor family gathering the other day and I thought about you and Justin. I met a few other mothers who have lost their sons as well. It is a sadness that doesn't go away. It seems you just learn to live with it and find happiness where and when you can. #4794511
