Hi Dorothy, thank you very much :)

I purchased Susi's Dvd's. The butterflies were my photo's that I played with on PS. I used several filters and plugins to cheat a bit, and to make the process of getting to the final image a bit quicker (i do not have much patience :) ) The hair and eyes I used Susi's techniques. The hair takes alot of time to do but worth it in the end :)I also downloaded brushes for the dust on the butterflies. Susi's dvd is very easy to follow. I did not feel lost trying to follow her.

Hi Paola~
I'm thinking about buying her dvd, but I'm glad you said they were easy to follow...sometimes I get lost in some of the steps the more advanced artists get in PS...they are so use to the program that they sometimes go through some of the process very quickly and I'm sitting there trying to figure out "What are they talking about? LOL!

This image was a lot of work, but was alot of fun (well worth it )
I did alot of experimenting to achieve results, learned alot on the way :)

Dorothy, Susi's DVD's are worth every penny. I have seen many of the BP's members work who use Susi's techinque and they all get wonderful results.
Susi teaches you several things in her Dvd's that you can apply to many different types of images. It all depends on what you have in mind for an image and your imagination :) #4883236

I really like how Susi teaches you to do work on the hair and eyes. I find her instructions easy to follow. I have seen many tutorials and was not succesful.
At the moment I use about three different filters to get the painterly look. I use Susi's techniques for the eyes and hair. I do very little airbrushing on my images now. I don't like to spend to much time on my images so I am very close in getting the combination of filters applied and how much to use. I also read quite a bit and combine techniques.:) #5339204
